Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of websites, applications, and related services operated by JAWP House Media for JAWP Clipping Jarvis (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are not legal advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be able to form a binding agreement and have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or the organization you represent.

2. Description of Service

JAWP Clipping Jarvis helps authorized users manage AI-assisted short-form content workflows, which may include opportunity discovery and evaluation, processing of authorized source material, generation of clip candidates, quality and compliance review, preparation of approved content for distribution, management of authorized social accounts, monitoring of results and analytics, and surfacing actions that require human approval.

The public website also provides information pages such as Privacy Policy, Terms, and Contact, and may host OAuth callback endpoints for authorized integrations.

3. Account Authorization

Some features require connecting third-party accounts through authorization mechanisms such as OAuth. You represent that you have the right to connect those accounts and to grant the requested permissions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for actions taken through accounts you authorize.

4. Authorized Content

You must have appropriate rights, licenses, and permissions for any content, media, metadata, captions, or instructions you submit or authorize for processing. You must not use the Service to process content you are not permitted to use.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful, authorized purposes
  • Comply with these Terms and applicable platform rules
  • Ensure human review where required for high-impact actions
  • Keep authorization scopes limited to what your workflows need
  • Promptly disconnect accounts or revoke access when authorization should end

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Service may interact with third-party platforms and tools. Those platforms are independent services with their own terms, policies, and enforcement practices. JAWP House Media does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their decisions, outages, policy changes, or account actions.

References to platform APIs or integrations do not imply partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or joint venture with any provider.

7. Platform Rules

You must comply with the rules, terms, community guidelines, and developer policies of every platform you connect or publish to. The Service is not designed to bypass platform rules, scrape private data, impersonate users, circumvent authentication, or post without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by JAWP House Media or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, no license is conferred. Content you provide remains subject to your rights and the permissions you grant for processing and distribution.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Bypass platform rules or technical access controls
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload or process content without required rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Interfere with Service security, integrity, or availability
  • Misrepresent the Service as guaranteeing outcomes such as views, revenue, payouts, or platform approval

10. AI-Assisted Features

Parts of the Service use AI-assisted processing to help organize, evaluate, generate, or review content workflows. AI outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for publication or other high-impact actions.

11. Human Approval / Automated Actions

High-impact actions remain subject to human approval where required. Some supporting steps may be automated for efficiency, but automation does not remove your responsibility for authorized accounts, content rights, or compliance with platform rules.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Features may change, and development preview surfaces (including /jarvis) may be incomplete or disconnected from production systems.

13. Account Disconnection

You may stop using the Service and disconnect authorized third-party accounts. Platform-side revocation may be required to fully remove app access. Residual operational records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. JAWP HOUSE MEDIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULT.

Without limitation, we do not guarantee:

  • Views, engagement, revenue, or payouts
  • Campaign acceptance or platform approval
  • Account safety on third-party platforms
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAWP HOUSE MEDIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
